Terms of Use

These terms describe permitted use of FleetTecUSA.com and the FleetTec customer portal. By using an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the customer organization associated with that account.

Authorized business use

The portal is provided to FleetTec customers and authorized FleetTec personnel for service communication, unit information, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and related records. Do not use another company’s account or attempt to access information outside your authorized organization.

Account security

Keep credentials and recovery information confidential, use available security features, and promptly notify FleetTec of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for information submitted through your authorized account until FleetTec is notified that access should be suspended.

Customer-provided information

You confirm that you have authority to provide contact, company, fleet, unit, purchase-order, and message information entered into the portal. Keep that information accurate and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Estimates, invoices, and records

Portal documents are business records provided for review and communication. Estimates remain subject to their stated scope, validity period, parts availability, inspection findings, and any separately agreed terms. Adding a purchase-order number does not by itself alter pricing, authorize unrelated work, or prove payment. The portal does not currently process payments.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, test or bypass security controls without written authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape data, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or use the portal in a way that harms FleetTec, its customers, or other users.

Availability and record copies

FleetTec works to keep the portal available and accurate but may perform maintenance or suspend access for security or operational reasons. Customers should retain copies of records needed for their own business, tax, insurance, or regulatory obligations.

Website content

FleetTec names, logos, website design, and original content may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission. Product, manufacturer, and certification names belong to their respective owners.

Changes and contact

Specific repair work, pricing, warranties, payment obligations, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable estimate, invoice, work authorization, or separate written agreement.
